Instead of throwing a wobbler and being rude, might it not be better to answer the accusation? eBay is full of people who get scammed exactly like this: they make the sale, send the money to the provider... and the goods/service never gets delivered; they're stuck with the full refund and can't reclaim the bit they sent on. You need to address that concern, rather than ranting, IMHO.
