As many of you know, average tablet and mobile traffic is over 10% for websites.

When designing websites for the future, what size should we be considering?

What is the best tablet size to use for demoing websites? 7 inches up to 10.1 inches? Or is it pixels that really count and what's the most popular?

Where do you see 2013 and the future of html/css design for ease of navigation across tablets, desktops and mobile?

Your question alone shows flawed thinking in terms of website design -- if you design fluid or semi-fluid with 'layout choke points' -- changing the layout to fit the available screen width -- it should become a non-issue. I see more and more sites these days focusing on tablets and smartphones much more then before, as the smartphone is changing the landscape as is the tablet
