Selling Small PR2 Website Builder Website

    I started this website about 5 months ago and haven't really done much with it since then. This website offers over 100 free website templates. Users can come into the site and signup. Then, they can select different design to create their website from.

    Domain is a PR2. Registered at GoDaddy till 06/2013
    Traffic is minimal right now, around 100-150 unique visitors per month
    Site Currently has 11 members

    Right now there is no revenue on the site. I've used it mainly for link exchanges and also for putting a banner for my own site on there. The new owner can easily replace my banner with an adsense banner or anything they want. There is a simple admin panel that comes with it which makes managing things very simple.
