The biggest concern I have is;
What kinds of ads do you let in your network, and how do you get advertisements in your network?
The reason I am wondering, is because I want to know if any type of audio will play from the ads, or if any redirecting ads or popup ads will show. I don't like those kinds of things on my site.

 

Our prices are as low as 1 cent per click or 1000 impressions!

We manually check all ads that are submitted. They're either plain text or a harmless .jpg/.swf.
We don't have redirecting ads, popup ads or any audio ads.

More smaller things are also planned for 2013 but we'll tell you about it once they're being implemented

Certainly can.
We don't have a 100% fillrate (yet) so if we don't have any ads to display you'll get to see our default ad. (Google does the same by the way, I'm looking ad a default ad right now! )

It can perfectly be the case that other people do get to see ads simply because you might fall outside the target group of people of our advertisers.

In these cases we advise you to enter a backup tag for your website. If you do so and we haven't got any ads to show you we display the tag you entered instead of our default ad.
