Hi - I'm looking to have a more creative logo than my current version.
Please take a look at the below image. This is the logo - a silver toothpaste tube with a turquoise ethernet/network cable, and the company name on the tube.

I would like to make the tube more creative. Have some designs or patterns on it that make it look better - something that is relevant to dentist/toothpaste/teeth etc. Basically if you buy a toothpaste tube at a store there is always something extra on there.

But, some key pieces:

1. The name is the same as on tube - although you can change/play with the font
2. The colors stay the same! I want the cable and font to be turquoise, and the tube should be mostly silver (even if you put things on top, LEAVE a majority silver tube please)
3. Please present with WHITE background. The website will be white, not black background.

Please use your creativity as you think will look best.

how if i try to redesign your logo,but still on the same concept..

 

It's what I did, I thought the old logo even the new logo looked very plain and generic.. Nice concept though.

Thank you all for the work and submissions here. Sorry for the slightly delayed update/feedback.
I like a couple of these. Important points: (1) some of you made new logos and did not use my file - I am keeping my file/image, just looking for edits on top of that; (2) I am keeping the original angle of the tube, some of you made it straight.
Some more detailed comments:

zno3: Thanks, but you might have misunderstood the directions - I am looking for edits to my existing file that I uploaded/gave link to. This looks nice, and sorry you had to put in extra work, but I am not looking for a new original submission.

frikusha: This is fantastic! That's exactly what I am looking for - edits to my original file with some creative extra color on the tube. This is currently my favorite here. But I am looking for my original angle, so I am only considering the first two versions (although of course you can always rotate the image). I like the rounded corners on the colored shapes, and I actually like both the backgrounds of turquoise and orange. But let's keep just the orange to continue, and I'd have two asks for edits: (a) could we please try a couple of other fonts just to compare, would be good to see what that looks like, and (b) it looks like you changed the color of the tube a bit, I would like to keep it silver, maybe you made it more ivory/beige/off-white

Seemydeath: thanks, but same as comments for zno3 above, I am not looking for an original new submission - although it does look rather nice. I am keeping my current image file.

Entitled 2010: also thank you for your submission - yours is fantastic too! I really like the creativity on your design. I will keep the angle so not the straightened one. I like the water droplets and other colors on there. The only variation I would ask to consider further is to try a couple other fonts, and also I don't think I like so many colors in the font (there are three layers of colors) maybe something a bit simpler with maximum 2 colors. Also it looks like something happened with the network/ethernet cable from my file in the first image you sent where it has a slightly different color on the edges (but it looks fine, like in my original, in your second image)...

lead2play: thank you, but I like a couple of the other designs better. These are a bit too simple for me with not enough creativity around colors/elements. It's just random single image additions behind the text. Looking for something more.

garimapatni: also thanks, but I like some of the other designs better. The style here is just not working for me for the image that I'd like to get across.

pomph: thank you, I like the addition of the teeth because they are on-topic and relevant to the 'dental' theme with the toothpaste tube etc, but it still comes across as too plain and simple and empty on the tube, with the font being too plain and simple as well. But certainly a good try, I just like some of the others better.

Peterj790: thanks, but that's just not enough edited there for me, still plain like my original file.

I will keep the contest open for just a couple more days to wait for some of the edits and just in case something/someone new pops in here. Will keep everyone updated and award soon.
