    w3schools is the best website i can suggest you at this time. Here you can learn basic knowledge about HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHp, My sql etc. Also I am suggesting Dreamweaver tool to design HTML websites.

    To tell you the truth, I design my website using Adobe Photoshop and Notepad++. And of course with web browser such as Mozilla Firefox.

    Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop are really good. Also, if your good with CMS, wordpress and a custom theme can be really nice.

    That's where I've learned most of my programming knowledge. I highly recommend watching his tutorials! They're really easy to follow, and aren't extremely boring to watch.
