You should not sell your digital book on ebay. You better try some other site like Amazon.

 

Why are you asking that question here when all of the answers are found easily by reading ebay's rules... Here's what ebay says about selling ebooks:
eBay does not allow the sale of digital goods on its website.
Sellers may not list any item that is electronically delivered.
Examples of items that sellers are not permitted to list on eBay:
An MP3 file
An eBook
Wallpaper for a computer
Recipes in electronic format



However there is a workaround to selling ebooks on eBay. Deliver the ebook as a physical product by burning it to a CD.
If you choose to do that and the ebook sells well for you then automate everything by having Kunaki.com burn and ship
the CD's to your buyers for you. If you are selling many digital products delivered on a CD then use Kunaki along with

I think it is illegal to sell ebooks because it is against copywrights unless you have permissions from authors to do that.

 

it clearly states rite on EBAY that you can sell ebooks that you have the rite to resell THRU YOUR EMAIL

A small tip. What I do is buy cheap USB drives. I have a store here that sells 1gb USB's for like 2 USD. I buy one and put my ebook on it. then i sell it on, well for example, Ebay. Works fine for me so far!

 

That e-book must be very thick saved on 1gb USB drive
