They're not bad, though they won't earn much on their own. If you build something on them and sell THAT, they'll go a lot better, I suspect... especially since exact match domains aren't what they used to be these days.
Completely agree with TIEro. Build the website and get a pagerank and traffic and you'll be able to get some money for it. oldapplestore.com I would completely ignore though because off the name being under copyright, not worth the hassle. easysmoney.com you could maybe transform into a website selling an ebook and earning commission off that.
And Apple customers are notorious for only wanting the latest and greatest. Old Apples get used as doorstops and landfill (unless you use the domain to generate traffic for a charity that sends old Apple stuff overseas to people who appreciate it, of course).
