PR 4 Directory for sale.

    I have a directory that I have really not done anything with because I have been working on different things. The site is a pr4 with lots of pr 3 and 2 pages through the site. It has 280 google backlinks. All pages are 100% html static, and all pages are indexed by google, each page has also been fully optimized for the search engines. And although the design is not that great the site has great potential but I just do not have the time to deal with it right now.

    My lowest asking price is $3,200. I know that may seem high for some, but the site has a sitewide listing from index-it.net (see sig) which has alot of money invested into it, and the pr on the next update is expected to jump by at least 2, which in turn will also boost the other directory by 2.

    The price includes a sitewide listing from index-it.net for one year no matter what the new page rank of index-it.net is.

    If I do not sell the site before the next pr update then I will have to keep it, for at that time the site will worth alot more.

    hmm thats odd to. i just used 4 diffrent pr checkers and 2 out of 4 said 0 and the other 2 said 4.

    As you guys may or may not know, pr has been jumping back and forth like this since the September update. It has gone from 0 to 4 with the pr 4 being the new pr. Don't know why google is doing this but it is happing on almost every site that raised or lost pr.

    The few times that I had open for submissions it did make some money, but I have not allowed submissions on the site in a few months, so it is pretty dead right now, but with a little advertising I am sure one with good marketing skills could make it work.

    Not sure why you are asking that much money for a Dead site.

    So, the domain name must be valuable?
