Not sure if i would fall for something like this..it is unlikely that any company would provide such a refund... and if he hires a true eCommerce marketing firm, yes, he then could easily expect to pay $2,000 if not more... I would advise him not to take any quick steps, if you dont have money, then do what you can online for free, and for god sakes, do lots of homework and research, because you could end up losing lots of money very quickly, and rather you making money, your eCommerce will be in debt with nothing to show up...do your homework... in his case, seo may have to be on-going for some time...setting up an eCommerce site is not a get rich quick scheme... you have to realize that you have to compete with everyone else selling exactly what you are selling, and there are sites that have been in business for years...you can not expect to over take them in just one month.... and if you stop your seo to soon, then your site will just vanish back down in the pits of billion other sites...
