    I have:
    domain.com
    domain.com/forum

How to secure my cms and ipb forum?

Also i want to learn how to restrict 1 site or several sites hotlinking?

I don't know about Robots.txt file or CMS, but this is important to protect your IPB.

To add extra protection to your IPB forum, password protect the following directories:

    yoursite.com/forum/admin
    yoursite.com/forum/admin/upgrade

Also, delete the following file: yoursite.com/forum/install/index.php
OR just password protect the whole install directory: yoursite.com/install/

If you're looking for extra protection, check out cloudflare.com (They also have hotlink protection - You'll find it in the apps page). It's free.

Yes, that's exactly what I mean by password protect directories.

What control panel do you use? (If you have one)
