I've heard this somewhere else, and am putting off 'upgrade'.

I'm loving Firefox 2 here. The built in spell checker rocks. The session restore is awesome. Tabs are improved. Just a nice upgrade all the way around.

But Firefox 3 is going to be the big update. Can't wait for that to happen next year.

It all depends on the computer you're using. For some people, it works and for others it doesn't.

Haven't upgraded and don't plan to. It can't be much worse than IE.

It's way better than IE since the upgrade. I'm using it right now.

It has been really great with me, I haven't seen any trouble until now, I think I will keep it.

I'm waiting to upgrade. I want Mozilla to fix all the bugs in 2.0 first.

I guess it only works with some computers for now. They will probably release an upgrade.

Are you using Google's toolbar with it? If so, uninstall it and use http://www.quirk.biz/searchstatus/ instead for you PR addiction. I was having the same problems with FF 2.0 - I removed G's toolbar and all was well.

I think this is accurate in that I seem to remember someone else on DP having the crashing problem and it was linked back to the GT

Their first maintenance release should be out soon. It has a ton of bug fixes already and I am sure more will be added before it is released.
