    @webinx... I'm afraid i don't know much about custom management system. But i have heard little bit about CMS. Also I don't know these two are same or not? Should it be needed to create an efficient process and design?

    There are various pre-made CMS available online from which you can build your site from. But I was talking about a CMS made from scratch, something only for you.

    You need to become educated in what makes a good website developer so you can ask them related questions. Then ask them for examples of their work and pricing. Know what sort of general design and functionality you want. Try this forum or something like elance.com or getafreelancer.com also, so people can bid on your project.
