Hello! I represent Lukads and we are looking for advertisers! Some of you may remember me, I've been here before to talk about Lukads... One thing has changed since then though, we are now able to give you 600.000 impressions per day on average. Meaning 18 million per month! What hasn't changed? Our transparency, our revenue share (95%), our low costs (which are possible due to that huge rev. share) and our great customer service. Oh and I almost forgot about this handy dandy feature we like to call suggestions! You get an email every now and then telling you which settings to apply in order to get the best out of your ad(s) or website(s)! Yes, websites as well because new publishers are always welcome too. For the ones that don't know Lukads: what can you expect as advertiser? Cheap advertising Great anti-fraud control Geotargetting And this time: lots and lots of views and clicks! What may publishers expect? Clean text or graphical ads in a different amount of sizes. No irritating popups or, heaven forbid, any malware ... Ads load async so your site isn't slowed down Great earnings with that 95% revenue share
Sure! From an advertising aspect: - Our rates start at 1 cent for either a click or 1000 impressions. Rates are set on a keyword-based bidding system. This means that for every keyword you profile your advertisement with you get to enter a price. Now the bidding part means that the ad with the highest price on a given keyword will be shown highest/the most. You also get an indication of where you are in the bidding range for that keyword. There's a minimum cost to keywords depending on their popularity. - Countries: we serve them all. We have traffic from the Europe, USA, Asia, ... You can choose which traffic you want as we offer geotargetting - Perheps something else interesting: you can target mobile users as well. From a Publisher's point of view: - Clean ads in various sizes. - Ads for all your traffic: we have ads that solely cover the US, ads that only want Asian traffic, and ads that don't care where your traffic is from! - We always pay. Whenever you want. Okay once we got a request to pay 3 cent, but we refused to do so, because with PayPal's fees he'd receive nothing. (We're not giving 3rd parties free money, are we now?) We also pay automatically at the last day of the month if your abalance is bigger than 10 euro. Oh and don't let the cheap advertising costs fool you: You get 95% of what the advertiser pays. Unlike other networks where you'd get half... Is there anything else you'd want to know? P.S. Oh and, you might find that there are a lot of options you can set as both publisher and advertiser but don't worry, we mail you suggestions now and then telling what to change to optimize things.
As for the publisher part. Can publishers set a CPM to beat and ad their alternative ad tag to the system? Further, my stuff is mainly focused on the Netherlands and Belgium. How is the bidding for that, which ad formats, etc. What kind of sites do you (or don't you) accept? Last question for the advertising part as well.
No you can't set a CPM to beat anymore. We found that publishers would set limits so high that they outruled all ads. This caused a major departure on the advertising side, which we still feel influence of. (Hence this thread!) You can however block advertisements that you don't like. (You get a list of ads that have been matched, along with what they pay and their daily limit etc) I'm not entirely sure what you mean with 'ad their alternative ad tag to the system', could you please elaborate? I can't really say what the bidding is since it's keyword based. You should check it yourself We don't accept websites (or ads and the linked website) displaying adult content, any type of hate-mongering, software piracy, etc... The full list (which is: included but not limited to) can be found in our Terms of Service
With the alternative ad tag I meant the possibility to ad the ad tag of another network, or one of your own, to ensure no blanks are being served. Do you consider torrent search engines "software piracy"?
Oh like that. No we don't. When there are no ads available you get our default ad. In my opinion search engines aren't piracy. (And since I represent Lukads I guess that means you're good to go)
Correct. Not until they are judged at least. And may I suggest you something? You should add some more keywords.
What are the publishers favorites ad formats, btw? I may keep that in mind when adding new campaigns.
You'll get an email in 2 days with suggestions about formats and geolocations and what not, finetuned for your ads. I would take an early look for you, but we have to give it a bit more time to analyze things
Hey everyone, This is a message to all publishers out there: Have you got a website concerning martial art, boxing, wrestling and the such? Heads up! EA games will advertise with us in january at 0.70 CPM. They are mainly looking for danish traffic but really anyone else is good too. Do you think your website qualifies? Don't wait till january to sign up, do it right now! (Not only because we can already monetize your traffic, but we also need some time for our algorithms to get to know your websites so we can make the suggestions that'll get the most out of your traffic) To get a bit more concrete: with 10.000 daily views you would earn 6.65 euro a day => 206.15 euro a month with 50.000 daily views you would earn 33.25 euro a day => 1020.75 euro a month with 100.000 daily views you would earn 66.5 euro a day => 2061.5 euro a month
I know you're looking mostly for advertisers right now. But based on your current fill rate. For the average website what is your CPM for publishers? (saying mainly UK traffic with US/Germany second) Also, to confirm you automatically pay via Paypal whenever? Say I earn $5 today you would pay me that $5 today similar to linkbucks? or is it a manual process that takes days?
Sorry for the late response, didn't get a notification of there being any new posts. Anyway: It's not an automated process, but you will get paid ASAP. Lets take myself for example: first thing I do in the morning is check for payouts to be made. You must understand that we first do an additional checkup on the views/clicks you had for fraude, but normally that shouldn't take long and you'll be paid within hours. EDIT: Oh and as for the CPM. It depends really on your content. We work with a keyword-based bidding system. Minimum prices depend on the popularity of the keyword. (Meaning that the more the keyword is used by advertisers the more expensive it gets. Also the highest bidder gets shown the most) I understand that this is the way the majority of the networks out there works nowadays. There's a reason we don't do this though and that's control. When we have our own ads in our inventory we can actively find websites in our network that match perfectly based on content. We can perform geotargetting and we're working on implementing retargetting as well. At the same time publishers can block ads they don't like (because it's a rival to their business for example) and advertisers can block websites they don't want their ad displayed on. If we'd use other networks to provide ads we'd just get a random banner we know nothing about. Even if we would place it on websites, we can't provide realtime stats to individual advertisers and publishers anymore. Also: our anti-fraud system wouldn't be able to do its work, providing bad quality clicks. Simply put: we can't guarantee quality. Something that's very important to us. The thing we want to keep in mind is that while positive mouth-to-mouth publicity may win us 2 customers, bad mouth-to-mouth publicity will cost us 10!
As I can see right here, the number of people mentioning ad networks isn't reduced with time in this thread. )) Btw, if you have some issues finding individual advertisers, why not to expand your search criteria to ad networks. I realize that this is will dicrease your share of profit a bit, but something is always better, than nothing
You are right and we are talking with some networks for backing up our remnant traffic. Though it's hard to find networks that want to maintain the same quality as we do. So, we are STILL looking for advertisers! Oh and publishers as well! The funny thing is that just as with employment, there isn't a one-to-one relation between ads and websites. We have niches that aren't covered by both publishers and advertisers so keep on joining guys!
I agree with you on the point that one-to-one collaboration between publishers and advertisers is rarely found these days. I realize why you find it hard to cover some niches, but it works well for me at the moment to deal with my advertisers via an ad network I'm dealing with
Alright guys, thanks for joining us! So now we're kind of lacking publishers again... Have you got US traffic, or any traffic at all, join Lukads! We have a 95% revenue share so you're going to earn bigtime. [EDIT] New! You can now add a backup tag for your website. In the case where we have no ads to show we'll fall back to an adnetwork of your choice making sure you get 100% of ads!
it seems only 2 or 3 posters do know what the OP wants, other are just spamming /talking nonesence to boost post count. Maybe some thumbs up/down for each post would be helpfull to get rid of the garbage that is poisoning these forums.
