Selling High CPC site for sale

Dear All,

I want to sale this site which was started after long research. This is pretty hot niche where CPC (practically) go upto $7 per click. It is based on wordpress with all necessary plugins installed and pages like privacy policy, contact us setup.

The site has 20 absolute unique 500 words each articles. The site is PR 2+ and you can earn by selling links as well in addition to adsense.

At the moment, there is no much traffic. You can easily hire someone here to be into top 10 and see the income growing.

I will let this go for $40 (this is my expense, I'm not counting efforts).

Where's the proof of $7 per click! Do you have Adsense proof of earnings? What Is the traffic source? Wen does hosting expire? Dmain expire..? Let me know thanks

I had similar site where I used to get upto $7 per click. Obviously if any site earns that much it will not be sold so cheap.

No, rest of info is NOT given on right upper corner, what is the traffic SOURCE? Having a previous site earn $7 per click does NOT mean that this site will get the same CPC. Come back with a better sense of logic and rethink your sales strategy

It is pretty easy to understand that any site which earns would not be sold for $40. Not sure what do you think how big $40 is.
I'm not a professional seller...neither forcing anyone to buy. Do the research as much as you can, consult your friends (experts), ask as much question as you want, then only if you feel like buying, BUY it ! No one is forced.
My other wise was in the exact same niche so we can assume if anyone manages to get top ranking, he/she shall be able to earn upto $7 per click.

Get off his nuts retard, he stated cpc can go up to $7. He did not claim revenue, he's looking for $40 to recoup his expenses. Quit being an asshole and go argue with your mom if you want to argue with someone. Good luck with your sale, site does have potential.

I tired make him understand every way I could but it seems like his intention is just to spoil this thread.
I don't know what he think how much $40 is, he's planning to buy a planet for $40.

If we calculate total expenses, it is more than $40.

$12 for domain name and $40 for 20 nos. of articles 500 words each. $2 is minimum for 500 words article, I have paid more than that.
So the total comes out to be 12+40 = $52 excluding efforts that I have put in setting up this blog and create some back links.

I can see "red mark" which he earned for his shameless behavior !
