Brave you....who else is willing to take on such a competitive niche? Seriously though, like the layout and the quality of information given: compare that to some of the larger sites and you're streets ahead. Would expect this site to rank over time...

Nice site. I found the alternating caps a little distracting. Nice follow us on twitter static on page. (very) Minor point, from looking at the source html. You could move all that javascript into a seperate file. Could use a video or two. Little inconsistent. Site is about weight loss, but the email signup gets you beauty tips. Free ebook might be more incentive to sign up. Top menu "Write for US" implies Write for United States. I would change that to "Us". email addresses are usually in all lower case (write for us page) You could use different banners on different pages with a different message. At bottom of page, labels area on mouse over label tilts, but on my headlines they do not tilt. Inconsistent. Nice site, but needs a bit of polish on the little things (IMHO)
