Banned?

Ok, this is some weird shnizzle.

I have many sites on one server, within the past 3 months they were all in googles index some had a few hundred pages others had thousands. But now things have changed.

Some of the sites only display 1 result (the homepage), some don't display any results at all and some display a few pages (like 20).

My question is, do Google ever take it out on individual servers if one of the sites is banned or doesn't follow the rules?

The most recent site had around 200 results displayed in google index and I was receiving around 1 hit/minute.

If anyone can help here please.

    Thx

were all the pages linking to each other?
it could be that google saw that as a spam...

Ahh, thats a good point, they are actually linking to eachother, not all but some. Do you think results would continue as normal if the links were removed?

If you think that your website is banned or not yet indexed by Google, try checking if there are:

    - duplicate content
    - black hat methods
    - no content

Edited: Can you give me the URL for me to check it?

I don't have black hat but what I do have is recent queries, there are never more than 90 shown per page, this could be seen as black hat though, I think I will reduce to 30 per page though. Also, does changing this make any difference at all or will google just blacklist my site for a good month or so?

    Thx all for replies

do all your site link together?

Google may see your sites as a link network.

Do you know syndk8.net? forums for black hat SEOs?

Black hat methods are bannable by Google if your site has been detected by Googlebot using BH methods so that is one of the biggest reasons why sites are banned by Google
