No, It is not good for your website. Only submit one article in one HPR and dofollow article directory. If you submit one article more than one article directory your article consider as duplicate as per new google guidelines.

Are article directories still a thing? I thought Google's recent updates made them useless?

I can be good and bad. The reason I think it's OK to do is so real people can read them. Then, they may click on your "about the author" spiel. I wouldnt submit to more than half a dozen though.

Make sure the articles you submit are unique for each site where you submit.I recommend submitting in squidoo and hubpages.

No. Obviously it's duplicate. If you want to submit to multiple websites, do it one at a time to make sure that your article has not been published yet before submitting it to a different site. Don't do spun articles as well, Google will find out that you're not contributing anything useful to the WWW.

It will do more harm than good. At least rewrite your articles. Remember, just spinning would never suffice.

What is the point in submitting to directories in the first place? It is to have your article duplicated across the internet, on other people's sites, with a credit in your author box.

Let's say you submit to only one directory.... ok. Then one hundred people copy your article and link and put it on their sites...... are you really caring about google in this? I say spam the shit out of them directories as it can't be any worse than site owners pasting your article on their site. Ok. :)

If you do not submit to multiple sites, some article directories will use RSS feed to distribute your articles. The bottomline is that you should submit manually to few high ranking sites.

    Hiii,

I think it is not a ideal idea to submit one article in multiple directories because you submit duplicate content and Google and other search engine does not index your article because it already indexed that means if any one wants to search your article that it does not give any respond.
