Decent directory for sale - 2,000 backlinks, PR 3

Today I wanted to announced a new sale. It's a sale of a PR 3 directory with PR internal category pages! Some info:

- Directory has 1,800 backlinks
- 804 indexed pages by google
- Pagestrength 3 by SeoMoz
- PR 3 by Google, and many internal categories have PR 1, 2, 3
- Income is not precised, could varry (depends on you and also depended on me) however I am sure you will get at least 45$ per month from the submissions
- 5 months old
- Alexa rank 130,000
- 110 daily visits (by webalizer)
- 2900+ links in database

I am accepting offers, however do not offer lower then 60$. It's an established directory (relatively )


Ah btw payment by paypal is impossible, only by moneybookers or bank transfer.

Aah, it's beacuse of the template. I will fix as fast as possible. If the sale goes through, of course we will fix it before we get it transferred!
