    Partner program was activate this month and brought $150. $120 on template sales and $30 on domain affiliate such as
    AFF_DOW32off_468x60.gif

    Site has huge potential and I guess invested money could be easily returned in several months if you work a bit on it.

    $1700 or best near offer.

    I would buy this site if I had the money atm. I like the domain and site just the menu looks like it's from 2000.
