Hi,
I don't mean to offend you but the site lacks the element which is needed in a music site. Perhaps you can work more on the interface and layout.

 

Simple website, but you need more content on it.

 

Good looking but not attractive, make it modern.

I would at the very least have a pinned post with a quick and simple description of your site. Also I suggest thinking about creating different categories based on the different musical genres.

Going slightly off topic so I hope you dont mind me asking but do you hope to earn money from this website? And if so, how? Adsense?

 

I like it, good look and feel, very simple. I got straight into playing the tunes through the soundcloud widget, which I guess is what you want.

Why are there those empty spaces? Are the supposed to be filled with videos or something?

Jump onto fiverr.com to get a new header image a new logo

Add in some more navigation so that people can basically search through the music selection via 'category' style pages.

Change the background design to something a bit fresher

Nope you got me wrong it is legal(i think)

We will see when i reach 70euro google checkout mark but that is a long time...

There is always other alternatives if google says he doesn't like my site.

For example i give you a huge old site http://www.themusicninja.com/ they provide download of songs from famous artists and is running with adsense so for they didn't suspend their account why would they suspend mine when i do the same thing?

Probably you missing some plugins flashplayer/javascript...

I need to look into CSS and fiverr logos pretty much you can for yourself alone free one will look the same...

 

i think your site is good and you can collect more latest music. if you can collect it your site can be more popular. So you can try it.
