    i think you want to require more hard work on this site..because design of job site is normal..background color is not match with site.
    . put some extra effort in design to make site popular.

    by looking at your site t recommend you just work more on your design and the color comination . why should you any theme to your site so that it become realy interesting to see

    Sincerely no offense, but it looks nothing like a job site at all. Spring for some pictures of people working jobs or use creative commons to get a couple. Find a title and make sure it has some keywords to match for jobs otherwise you'll get no traffic unless you plan to use paid media buys.

    I spent a whole day working on the computer and for me it is important that eyes do not get tired of the site. I think you should add smth to the background. And as for me menu items should be like button

    Hello! I have checked your website and the content seems okay but to tell you honestly the website background color seems dull to me. also the box and borders, seems very simple. You can try changing the color or adding design so you can make it more attractive and interesting. In journalism, white space or area is very important but your site doesn't need the 'white' element. please consider updating and modifying the colors used in the website.
    Just an honest opinion.
