Selling PR1, Alexa 290k Top 3 Lists Blog

Selling my 3 months old blog with 180 unique articles in it.. has pr1 and alexa rank of 290k already.. good seo done already and I have done few guest posts too linking back to this blog.. buyer also gets fb page with 1.5k likes and twitter account with 6k followers. As you can see traffic is really low so don't expect any revenue yet.. but I can tell that CPC is high enough on this blog as it has already made around $3 from 8 clicks in last 2 weeks.

Are the Facebook likes fake one? 1.5 seems too many for a small site like this. Are the posts unique?

 

yeah I guess they are fake as I bought them from fiverr.. but around 100 are real as most of them are my friends from fb..
and of course posts are unique.. you can check with cs or any other plagiarism chkr u prefer..
