Do you have anything in writing (contract forms, invoices etc)? You can sue the (so-called)designer that sent you that copied logo. But if you don't have any concrete evidence then he pretty much took your money.

You can pay $100,000 to a "professional company" and still receive a copied logo. Price has nothing to do with honesty.

No one is 100% creative btw. Everyone copies an idea or a bunch of ideas to create another masterpiece. How well the artist is able to modify the work to differ from the original and even improve it is where the real skill comes in.

Have you reported him yet. It's a shame to see what he did.

This is one of the dumbest posts in a long time. It was a 100% copy. There was NO creative aspect to the logo.

Dispute with paypal and asking for your money back is all you can do. DP has nothing to do with the deal. Next time you purchase any image you can drop it in Google images search to see if anything similar pops up. Otherwise consider this a 'relatively' cheap life lesson.

    Sorry you got screwed.

I checked out your contest thread. There were some nice entries there. Too bad for you. Jhaye has loads of feedbacks, I just guess he earned most of them copying and other buyers not noticing.

Hello, Sorry to hear about this, it just shows that the person who did the logo is actually no real designer and has to copy work. He cant be a very mature person either if he sent a message like that to you. Its not a very professional approach.

    Regards,
    Adam

Chargeback your payment. That logo can get you in trouble, I suggest you remove it ASAP.

Dude, did I say anything specifically about this situation? It was a GENERAL statement. I did not even see the logo that is being talked about nor the original cuz the both sites are down on my end. You need to step up your comprehension skills before replying to someone else's post in the future. k tanx bye

online art, has No copy right, that's something I just learned but start a dispute on paypal, and if you are right and the seller is wrong, paypal will give you your money back!

Someone was selling logos on this forum, I got a review copy from hi
M, and asked for a sample. It turned out he never understood what I wanted even after giving him 4 samples, and now he has stopped replying for 5 days. Atleast I saved my money!
