    Those are likely to be highly competitive phrases with old sites targeting them. I'd see if you can find some easier keywords which will actually give you more traffic because your site won't be buried in the SERPs. If you decide to stick with these then you need some really good, original content.
    You need to proof read your posts and how does giving away free graphics take you closer to the keywords you've given us?
