    Okay, I need the US address to verify my US paypal ...but, yes there's a process and it's LEGAL ..PM me pleaze if you are interested or wanna know more info. I'm sure you'll agree with me that this's 100% LEGAL.

    The only issue with that is, no one would it do it because its a risk to the person, if you commit fraud it will be on them.
