how to ping Wordpress blog automatically?

I have a wordpress blog for my website, I want it pinged automatically once I updated my blog, I checked the dashboard settings, it does have this feature, and add http://rpc.pingomatic.com/ as default ping service, I want more ping services to add there, please offer me the list, thanks.

Add the pinging links provided by FPForum and every time you post something it will automatically ping all the website...
