Organic search engine listings are the main results users see when they do a Google search. The websites appearing in the organic listings appear because those sites are most relevant to the user’s keywords. Indeed, most of these sites appear in the top of the search engine results because the webmasters of these sites have used SEO tactics to ensure top rankings. The paid (or “sponsoredâ€) listings usually appear on the top, bottom and to the right of the regular organic listings. Usually these are pay per click (PPC) ads, which means the website owner only pays when someone clicks on his ad (as opposed to paying for impressions). This isn’t an either/or game. Just because you do SEO doesn’t mean you can’t/shouldn’t use PPC and vice versa. SEO is not free traffic, it takes time and/or money to get good organic rankings but in the long run it’s usually cheaper than PPC.
Another thing is that you need to spend any money for organic search result whether for paid listing you need to pay on regular basis.
Good Post, You can Increase Organic traffic from keywords and Paid traffic from PPC, Paid directory, etc...
I have to agree. Either way, whether you use PPC or hire someone to do your SEO, you end up paying so it's not really "free" traffic. Have a good day!
organic search result are the Web page listings that most closely match the user’s search query based on relevance. Also called “natural†search results, ranking high in the organic results is what seo is all about and paid result are basically advertisements — the Web site owners have paid to have their Web pages display for certain keyword so these listings show up when someone runs a search query containing those keywords.
I totally agree with georgemathew !!!!!!!! SEO takes times but its result is very effective !!!!!!!!!!
Paid means you pay for listing in search engine while organic is free anyone with a website they can list with the effort of SEO technique.
The organic search listings, ordinarily found on the left hand side of the screen in a Google search are free listings; nobody is paying any money to have their site advertised. Whereas the paid search listings, generally found to the right (although sometimes placed above the organic listings too) are labelled "sponsored links" and are PPC advertisements. Somebody is paying Google to display these advertisements on the web to potential clients / buyers on a regular basis
Hi Different between organic and paid search engine:- Organic search engine listings are the main results users see when they do a Google search. boy it sure isn't. SEO takes some time if you don't want to pay; especially now with all the google updates. Having to rewrite articles and submit to different sites.
Paid or not it is still going to cost you. More money, less time for paid. Less money or money spent on other things and more time. Sometimes it is valid to buy traffic to test your conversion rate. If you ROI (return on investment) is positive, then simply refine your offer to make more money using things like split testing, The other, often overlooked, thing is that if you are using organic search techniques (SEO), Google and other search engines keep changing the rules. Mini money sites worked several years ago, now Google wants rich content. And so on...
Adword's a b*tch recently, if you are having a squeeze page of some kind, you will be banned.. that's the sad thing about PPC nowadays :/
