Time for Israel to Bash Hamas and Gaza AGAIN

Israel is basically the only country in the world that regularly is the target of rocket attacks. Most of the time it simply tolerates them. Occasionally it strikes back with responses, and then things calm down, and Sporadically it needs to aggressively hit at those who send those deadly rockets into Israel with impunity, stubbornness, and obvious stupidness, as they do so, with it being obvious that they are going to rain down severe devastation on their own people, who they hide behind.

Once again Hamas has initiated rocket attacks on Israel. The attacks are using larger more dangerous rockets. The rockets are landing around Tel Aviv, threatening a population of about 1 million.

Its an enormous act of war.

I expect Israel to once again launch a large attack into Gaza. Well deserved. What is it about a bunch of terrorists that will willingly invite enormous military disaster on its own people again and again and again. All Hamas has to do is opt for a program of peace and some mechanism of living with one another, Israel with its lands and Palestine with its lands. The Palestinians could live in peace.

Not going to happen. Of course, peace is not the islamic way as evidenced by the current danceathon in Syria.

Well, to be fair to the Palestinians, this attack in this video happened prior to the rocket fire on Tel Aviv

I suppose one's opinion on whether the rocket fire is justified or an act of terror depends on whether one thinks Israel should have the right to target militant Hamas leaders within Gaza with airstrikes. Apparently that car had several high value Hamas militant targets in it before it mysteriously exploded.

There was more or less a peace for about 4 years, broken on occasion by some events, always initiated by the terrorists. Recently hamas picked up and started firing rockets into Israel. The rocketry they have now is more advanced than in the past. Israel retaliated. The rocketry from hamas has continued, the rockets are more dangerous, larger and can reach highly populated areas of Israel. Its an act of war.

As to the video. damn good shooting if you ask me. I do hope the people in that car were terrorists. Good riddance.

I tend to agree, though I tend to consider Israel and Hamas to be in a defacto state of war. Are you saying there were recent volleys of rocket attacks on Israel prior to Israel dropping a bomb on their head terrorist?

I think so. Isn't that the way it always occurs? OTOH: At times Israel blows away known terrorists exactly as the US does. Basically a good strategy, not that its ever enough.

Come to think of it, I wish terrorist big wigs would have a conference somewhere. It would be nice to blow a lot of them in swoop!!! They tend to be too sneaky for that though.

The attack in this video was on the leader of Hamas (or someone way up there in ranks) according to a news report I read yesterday. Israel officials released the video and detailed the recent attacks that lead to this delivery of justice. So, to answer your question, there were previous attacks that promoted the airstrike.

Yep. And apparently another 60 on October 24th. Several other articles say "The offensive follows weeks of rocket fire out of Gaza".

Both articles you linked disparage Netanyahu for the targeted attack of the Hamas leader, while playing down weeks of rocket attacks on Israel. The Daily Beast article in particular was hilarious:

What type of idiot would actually believe Hamas is intentionally aiming it's rockets into less populated areas of Israel? How could such a thing be claimed or confirmed? If your neighbor starts shooting a gun at your house, is the claim, " I tried to aim away from the children's rooms" any kind of defense? Really? Its unbelievable.

Hows this for an idea. Don't shoot rockets into Israel and we will give serious consideration to not assassinating your terror leaders.

Year after year, week after week, day after day Hamas sends rockets into Israel. Most of the time Israel does nothing.

Just imagine that. Your country is being ATTACKED and you do nothing. Amazing restraint.

This year to date as of 10/12 hamas sent 800 rockets into Israel Now it has upped the bombardments.

No other nation in the world would show such restraint as Israel. If Israel wiped them all out there would be no more rockets and there would be much more peace. Sounds reasonable to me.

As an Israeli citizen, I agree. Tough Palestine is still occupied and should stand by itself, The Gaza (Hamastan) Strip constant terror policy toward Israel, without separating between kids, men and women can't go on. When IDF strikes, it strikes ONLY Hamas' targets, like their Chief Ahmad Al Jabari.
Just want you to see what the IDF just did today. I'm proud of them.

    Who is this 'we'?

Even you admit right here they are targeting hamas.

I do find it wierd the headlines say '20 dead so far...at least 3 Israeli's have been killed' then it's all about Israel's side of the story. Not hearing much about the 17 Palestinian dead which includes 5 children. That's what I find incredible.

I support and feel for Israel for many and varied reasons however it's plain to see our press is clearly biased. Maybe that's what it takes to win?

Israel is showing way to much restraint IMHO . Leaflets to warn the population , warning bombs that do zero damage are fired first to scare off civilians and only then they perform a surgical strike .

Still Hamas likes to keep their women and children in the line of fire and then cry foul about it . They ignore the fact that they use kids as suicide bombers .

    1336175755178.jpg

IMHO they should just forcibly evacuate the strip and then use thermobaric ammo to cleanse the area - permanently .

Guns and bombs that's the way - none of this stupid mutual restraint from both sides - Palestinians and Israelis - and getting them to commit to resuming negotiations to get that two-state solution.

And you know that every 'relible' resource like BBC or any other news network takes its' data and 'facts' from Hamas? So if you don't agree with the true facts IDF brings, sure, you can always take real and true facts from a terror organization like the Hamas. Good luck with that!

And here's a small picture for you to enjoy the most accurate news source. (Of you're Anti-Israeli, of course.) The following video was broadcasted time after time 2 days ago, so it's not an innocent 'incident'.

The only good member of Hamas is a dead member of Hamas.

Hamas, and all who believe in their ideology. are the main obstacle to Palestinians living in peace. May Palestinians and Israelis both shun them. Then maybe we can have a peaceful Palestinian state living side by side with Israel.

This latest conflict is 100% started by Hamas incessant rocket attacks on Israel. Israel and any nation would be justified to retaliate in whatever means are necessary to end the threat. I think Israel is way to cautious and should obliterate any threat. If Hamas puts their rockets next to schools and mosques, that is something the Palestinians should complain about and stop before the rockets are fired on Israel. In Gaza, like the rest of the world, it seems you get the government you deserve. If you don't want to live in a terrrorist shithole then don't allow one to rule you. These idiots willingly allow Hamas to control them. So be it.
