    ya, remove the other ads.
    AND
move the privacy policy and disclaimer out of the main navigation and to the footer. So many people do that and it is ridiculous.
add something to the right side of your header (maybe a banner that leads to a Q&A section of your site or an on site forum)
    Create a logo
get a Facebook page and add a "like box" to the sidebar.
add images to your post excerpts on the front page.
new slogan in your header (that one sounds lame, no offense)
add a background or color to the background of your site.
    ------

None of these are actual requirements by Google but seeing that your content is unique (it passed a copyscape search I did) other than removing the other ads I would say the only other thing could be the appearance. You need to make it look like a popular, nice looking site. Incorporating a Facebook page shows the site has a social online presence. Images make a site look better. background too. and definitely remove the privacy policy and disclaimer from the nav bar. it makes your site look bad and you look like a rookie.

hope the tips help. I would do those, follow any other tips people leave here and then resubmit.
    good luck

I also think, the reason is your ads. Remove and apply again.

You need to have a quality site. Your site doesn't have enough content and just 4 months old posts with very low traffic. You need to work on building traffic to your site.

Age matters in some countries.(Ex: India) You can't get a quality site without age! What is the use of having a site without traffic?

WRONG! The six month rule only applies to India and a couple of other countries in that region, the Six month age rule does not apply to all countries. Mind you not that you would have read this in the TOS, although I doubt you read them as if you did you know it's against the TOS to have more than one account, yet you claim to have 7! Good for you, had you read the TOS you'd know that you only ever need one. Mind you I guess if you don't read the TOS you need a new one for every time they ban you!
Also in offering to sell this guy an adsense account I assume that you will be pointing out to him that as they will have logged his ip and he has now in effect been banned, and that if you sell him an account, the minute he logs onto the new account from the banned ip address then his new account will be flagged up and also banned. Likewise I assume that you are also going to tell him that when he posts the new code from the account he buys from you onto his website that has been banned then this will also flag up and the account will get banned the minute the google adbot crawls the site.
Of course I am sure you tell all of the people that buy adsense accounts from you exactly this. After all you wouldn't want to mislead anyone would you?
Anyone still thinking it's a good idea to buy an account...

    lmfao...
Age don't make the site quality, content does... That was just stupid...
I don't know if I believe this "6 month" rule in India. I think it's some bull shit that people in India that keep getting denied came up with. If I'm wrong send me a link to proof... I would like to know (not that I care because I don't live there TG. )
ummm... You have to have a site have traffic... If you don't have traffic to your site you gotta go get/earn some.... I mean WTF is your question suppose to mean there? Maybe you need to rephrase it... IDK....

Hey, I see you've taken the advice given and your site looks pretty good. I think a couple more months of content will really spruce it up. :) It looks good, but keep it active for a little bit so it doesn't look like you're just trying to get rich off of your keywords...

If you don't understand the meaning of quality, I can't help. 6 months rule apply for India, China and other regions. You need to update your knowledge on Adsense. LOL.... So, you mean to say, Google will approve your site without any traffic! you got it wrong dude..

    http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=9724

Have you owned your site for 6 months?
In some locations, including China and India, we require publishers to have owned their sites for 6 months. We've taken this step to ensure the quality of our advertising network and protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers.

lmmfao! Believe me, I don't need your help.... Like I said, you mention a site has to have age to be quality and you are wrong. Like I said before, and I don't give a shit what you say, content makes the site quality, not it's age.... So go ahead, try again...

lmao, no I don't... I don't live in either one of those bull shit countries you mention so, no, I don't. I have had my Adsense account for 6 years, believe me, I don't need any advice from YOU...

but go ahead, try to find another way to hide the stupid comment you made. BUT, age does not make a site quality like you think.... The content does....
