Would you say adsense is always the best ad network to go through? For example, I own a flash game website. I currently use epicgameads and I'm making a little bit of money, but feel I may be able to do better. The benefits of using epicgameads (to me) are various ad types, and with all ads about games, some people mistake ads for games and I get a higher CTR, I think.

Google is best in terms of earnings in all the networks. but some time 2nd tier network also work good. So i would say you can check other options too.
Adsense is not always the best. First, Adsense has killed countless innocents publishers, seconds, it only sends check or western union, third, we have to wait a month to get the money and 4th, we have to wait our earning reach $100 before we can request cash out. for me, CPA programs is a good alternative to replace Adsense.
