How can i improve my SEO skill

I learned a lot about SEO and google algorithm. But still i am missing something. You guys know that google update pr few days ago. And one of my client website PR not increase. Still he have 0 ranking. Site is 11/12 months old. I get 350 Google+ vote, 150 facebook likes and there have lots of social bookmarking. How can i incease google PR easily?

I know but there service cost too much. And most of ghig service is like spam. They can't give me 500 or 1000 backlinks in 5 bucks. They can because they will use automated software that's google will not like it.

 

there are some rubbish ones. type in seo and sort by rating you can spot the good ones a mile off. and $5 bucks aint to much surely

Get a decent keyword, make a site and practice SEO on it, you might not get it from the first time, but keep working. I failed with my two first MNS websites, but now I own some pretty good ranked websites.

Is there really a quick to SEO? I doubt it. Spamming links will never get you anywhere.

Don't rely on Google+, Facebook, SM... you do need real "do follow" backlinks from related sites/related material pages... I suggest you to buy a few high quality directory backlinks. But only "top of the line" directories are good, no those old linkfarms with links enumerated...

I think you should try to revise back on the on-page and off-page SEO.

First off to get better PR you need PR Juice and Social media and things like that will not cut it. The other thing is that you will need links from high pr websites and that will make your website also have that high pr.

The upgrade and downgrade of a page rank is completely a non public information. It is unpredictable and link building is not always working as expected. after working on Google+ / facebook fans and social bookmark, have you tried submit your site to other authority blog or blogs?
