Forum Profile Backlinks: Forum profile backlinks are pretty easy once you have
done a couple of them. Chances are that you have joined a forum at some point
in your life. Well 99% of forums have the same type of registration process, so
once you have registered at one you will know how to register at most others.
So once you find some forums you would like to get backlinks from, you will
register at them, then you will need to look for your user profile or user settings
    area or something similar.

Inside there are usually one of two places you can post
a backlink. An actual URL area for a personal website or an About me section. If
it is the URL area, you just enter your url and save your profile. However, if it is
the about me section, it can be a little tricky. What is good about the About me
section is you can leave a backlink with your keyword anchor text, but there are 3
different types of forum code that you could see that have to be used. The key is
to look below the about me box or somewhere on the profile pages for the syntax
you should be using. Some use “textile” format, some use “forum code” and
some use “bb code”. I will provide a text file with the different syntaxes that you
can just paste in your keyword and url. You just have to look for the area on the
forum page that tells you what syntax to use at each forum. It will be easier to
understand once you have done it a couple of times

Will you stop spamming the forum with content you copied from other places... You won't last long around here doing that. I have already reported a couple of your threads, you might want to start following the rules and learn how to use a forum before you get banned. If it ain't too late...
