    Hi

    i am looking to sell my money machine, the site is making average profit of $250-300 per day with $550 being the highest earning day,

    I get paid money directly into my paypal by the customers, All traffic comes from search engines like google, bing, yahoo, with 99% traffic coming from google only, i also get few visitors from facebook.

    the site is ranking top 3 spots for very tough keywords, site also has the page rank 5.

    I want to start working on another niche which is even bigger, so need money for that as it requires big investment upfront.

    This is 100% fake. Unless this guy is in a mental institute, nobody in their right mind would sell a site making $300/day for $12,000. You say you want some initial funds to start your other endeavor? Just wait a month and a half, you'll have more then $12,000 from the numbers you're throwing around and you can start your new site AND keep this one and make even more.

    Anyone asking for more information about this is a gullible retard who believes everything they hear. Ask yourself this question: would you sell a website that makes $300/day for $12,000? I wouldn't even sell it for $100,000. Because it will make more than that every year.
