I want to sell my wordpress blog - Unable to decide price

I want to sell my wordpress blog with it's sub-domain:
    www.pcabout.com
    Code (markup):
    www.engg.pcabout.com
    Code (markup):
It has PR-1, Monthly Traffic - 3,000 - 5,000 (95% from Google). It is 11 months old & I've made around $200, with very less work on it.

Now I want to sell my website, but unable to decide the price. Can anyone suggest me how much is the worth of the site?

    P.S. : For Proof - Google Analytics

On average, you typically see a going rate for sites at 6-10x monthly revenue as a sales price unless you have something very special or a premium domain. Is that a solostream theme?

95% of the traffic comes from Google.

Okay but people in here would like to check that traffic from their own before they buy a website, to make thing easier can you attache Analytics traffic proofs ? including landing pages, traffic source, keywords etc.

As tom11011 suggested you may decide the value of your website based on the monthly earnings from your website for example: if your last 3-6 months earnings from adsense is $10 as avarage then you may pick up the price range from x6 to x15 = $60 - $150 so with that example you can put your website for an auction starting from $60 and the BIN will be $150 and also you can set a reserve price in that auction for $100 then others will bid for your site and you'll be able to sell it for anyone who bid it for more than $100 since your reserve is $100.
But in reality the more responsible or low price you put and your site will sell fast, hope you could get some idea about it.

According to my favorite website worth calculator your website is worth only $240 http://mcjonline.com/www/pcabout.com This gives only general overview but I can see that your website have had some problems with malware and it was reported by users so it does affect value of your website.

Since revenue is the most important factor in valuation website I can't see it to sell for more than $500 because you made only $200 in almost one year.

Still your website is worth what someone is willing to pay for it but sine it has only PR1 you can't expect huge money from it.

    Good luck selling your website!

What is the traffic source for your site? I doubt it's from Google. Maybe, Yahoo?

Google for my site "KEYWORD activity" mostly from google india, google AU and COM
India, Indonesia and USA I receive copious amounts of visitors from those countries. Ranks very well with google using my statcounter keyword analysis reports.... "Nulled Scripts", "PTC Script Nulled" etc...

What about selling only my domain?
     www.pcabout.com
    Code (markup):
estibot.com shows my domain value as $270. Does it show correct value? If not, how much would be my domain value?

The domain name may have some value, how much is uncertain. I suspect you would get more money for the domain by itself by selling it at a place such as sedo. A website like that caters to buyers looking for specific domains. For example, there might be a buyer who does a search at sedo for all domains with the word pc in it. You might get lucky.

But here on DP, I suspect people are just going to be interested in the entire site with the domain, not the domain by itself.
