My blog is getting more than 100 unique visitors per day, but the visitors are not staying in the page. What should I do to reduce the bounce rate?

Give them something that wants them to stick around, maybe they don't like your site and pages? Maybe it's not what they were looking for? Try to add more thumbs and images to your other pages. You have to make your pages attractive and easy to navigate.

nothing to do with adsense, first learn to use a forum before trying to think about other things. First things first.

Many people will be drawn to a website with some compelling content. If it is a blog post that is generating a lot of your traffic, include some inbound links to similar related content on your site. If they were interested to visit your site to read something by offering them something that is relevant to that subject will increase the likelihood of them staying on your site.

I'm betting that your site is a 1 pager MFA site, which would be the reason why.
If it's not, then just focus on writing more, unique content and make sure you provide easy access to navigation for your visitors. Use something like related pages/posts on each page so that your visitors have the best opportunity to navigate to new pages.

One useful way to reduce bounce rate is to have a footer widgets (if you are using wordpress). So that people can have something to click on (to lead to another page) after they scroll down your page. I use this technique to reduce bounce rate for my company website.

you need to studying and find out the reason, the bounce rate high can be good or bad
Good - the visitor able to find what they want on the entrance page
Bad - bad design, low quality site, less attractive, full of advertisement etc make the visitor leave immediately

Include calls to action that tell them what to do. If they don't know, they won't do it. :)

1 To add interesting content. Since people are getting on the site uninteresting to they immediately are leaving.
2 To add related interesting posts

If you can provide your site URL we can say more about it. Normally if your site is not providing users what they expected while visiting your page, they will bounce. Some times it is not true if your site is an information site (for example providing the telephone number of a specific service) users will come , see the information and leave. Users have no reason to stay long on your website if they got what they want. So if you are tricky you can arrange the way content is added in your site as users need to click at least one more link in your website before they get what they want.

Adding links to other relevant pages in your website may work if the user interested in those topics. Having a wonderful design, low loading time, adding images etc can reduce bounce rate. Also make sure the content is easy to read (both sentence making and font size). Hope this will help you.

First you must know for what your visitors visit your site.Do they come from search engines or from your link on other site.If they dont find what they are visiting your site for, they will leave your site quickly
