This domain is worth nothing according to my favorite website valuation tool: http://mcjonline.com/www/sellandbuy.co.uk

It doesn't have PageRank, Backlinks and it is completely new, hand registered domain.

It is not based on exact match keyword since no one is looking for Sell and Buy but instead one of these keywords.

If you will sell it for more than $50 you will be very lucky guy because it's worth nothing.

Your favorite valuation tool? or your own site?
The whois shows the registered owner is in Latvia, and so are you.

Anyway, usually when people ask for an appraisal on this site, they want real peoples honest opinions, not some auto generated crap from a website that values itself at $8.95c
    mcjonline.com estimated worth is $ 8.95

    Cheers
    James

    EDIT: It is your site.

If it was BuyAndSell.co.uk then I would imagine it would be worth a pretty penny.
Its probably worth hanging on to. If the dot com version sells for anywhere what they are asking, then you will be doing alright.
    Good luck

    Cheers

Without mentionning the fact of course that .co.uk is interesting only for UK people who somehow got tricked into using .co.uk instead of .com :)

There are plenty of legitimate reasons to use .co.uk rather than .com for a UK audience. No trickery involved.

This is a domain where predictions are difficult. Possibly somebody with a budget might like it enough to pay a few hundred or more. But there is absolutely no guarantee that will ever happen. If I were you, I would either develop the domain (if you have a very good project idea) or sell it cheaply and reinvest in a domain with a higher likelihood of selling.

Well, if it were BuySell.co.uk then it can be soled in x,xxx ore more than this..

However, you domain has value, it depends on buyers mainly.

It also depends on your selling ability too.

It's a pretty decent name. The .co.uk limits who would really want to buy it but you may be able to score high $XX-low $XXX for it if you found the right buyer. It could be used to sell and buy anything so I would be looking up classified websites in the UK and hitting them up..

MCJONLINE.COM IS A WORST APPRAISAL TOOL.

Pizza.com sold for more than 2 million USD. But MCJONLINE showing IT'S 14000$

    http://mcjonline.com/www/pizza.com

    Don't believe MCJ

I guess this tool is not considering the value of the domain but instead is valuation the traffic. Since pizza.com is not the most trafficked website it shows lower valuation for it.

What tools you are using instead?

Don't rely on any domain name valuation tool..

There are many things when it comes to valuation of a domain name.

Also, a domain name may have value of $1000 in someone's eyes while it may have value $0 in someone's eyes..
