You shouldn't look for SEO options in a theme because there's no guarantee you'll run with the same theme forever. Well, you will need to do SEO and there is no theme that is perfectly SEO optimized. You can try Mythemeshop, they have some nice and decently SEO optimized themes. Good luck!
work on content.. not on theme. You can rank even with a pirated theme if you are dedicated with blogging.

not every premium theme have seo optimize design, lot of free theme have seo optimize design what i mean seo optimized theme is the theme that have a good structure, like H1 H2 tag position, fast loading theme, etc but still content is the king
