setup as just install that's it?
nothing because most hosting for the free scripts with Softaculous is oneclick auto install. If offering more then just install then you can charge something

How much someone is willing to pay for an ecommerce site will depend on the following factors

    1) How much budget has been assigned for the same.
    2) How wide its customers or potential customers are based.
    3) It will also depend on the type of products and services the company is involved with.
    4) How competitive the market is in which it is operating.

A well set up ecommerce website could cost any where above 20,000 INR depending on the features installed in your website.

The price will change project to project, you need to agree on a price with your client(s) before starting work on their website(s)

Pricing for an eCommerce Site install may vary from product to product, feature to feature, specs to specs and important is the Open Source platform you are going with.

Like Magento which is a feature-rich, professional Open Source eCommerce platform independent from third party plug-ins, with greater flexibility and scalability that can cost you higher with an ease in your work.

To setup a website i will not paid more than $1k/year include hosting, domain , design , shopping car and everything .
Because i would rather to spend money on marketing . No matter how nice and great of my website , no traffic is equal to nothing.

That's absolutely true, design and add-ons are just the accessories, where the the content and the structure of the website is the foundation. Start basic then when time and finance permits, expand and become more elaborate. Don't concentrate too much on the visual perspective of things, make sure that you have what is most important all put together first.

You don't have to pay additional to setup a basic eCommerce website. You just have to pay for domain & the hosting package. Using single click installer the eCommerce softwares like Magento, PrestaShop, ZenCart etc can be easily installed. After the installation add the products, content and complete the payment integration. Web hosting and the domain charges are the only fees you need to pay at the initial stage. Customizing the eCommerce store can be done later, as your business starts growing. The price would vary depending upon the customization and designing. You can get a reliable eCommerce hosting provider from $50 to $100 per year.
