Ads not activated after 3 days of payment

    I paid $25 for a CPM spot in one of the ads in the digital point ads directory.

    Its been 3 days and still the ads are not activated?

    is this normal?

    Not really, you can ask for a refund for such unprofessional people.

    I think the DP ads are quite poorly managed. There is no place to contact, other than this thread. And for the refund, I can only do it through paypal. I dont find any option within the advertiser interface.

    Is it an ad for digitalpoint.com? There are no ads pending review for digitalpoint.com (nor was there what I checked).

    You may want to shoot the owner a PM or something. Maybe they missed the notice that they HAD something to review. I'd say maybe they were on vacation or something, but I show them as being on the site earlier today, so...

    The ad was purchased on my site (I think). Maybe I'm an idiot, but I don't see anything that is to be updated/reviewed/done anywhere on this site.
