Banner Design Contest $$

I need a quick banner design that I will use for my websites rotating banner on home page. It will be a coupon that people print and bring into store for discount.

Here are the details:
- Size should be: 580px x 275px
- Content should read: Print this coupon and bring it to our store to receive 5% off your entire order! (In store, retail customers only) - The writing in perenthasis should be a bit smaller.
- Add our store address somewhere as well. The address is : 19215 Parthenia St. Unit F Northridge, Ca 91324
- Add our logo in there somewhere. It is attached.
- Be creative, Make it look like a coupon.

Winner will get paid $20 via paypal. I do not guarantee I will chose any design attempts however If I do like your design and use your design for my project then I will pay you your winnings! Whoever wins this contest will most likely be chosen to create a few more similar banners for me to finish my project and will get paid for that as well!!

I am wondering about this CH too. I won their prior contest, sent the revisions requested in PM and was never paid, though I was told I would be. :/
