I am having the same trouble, been trying all day.

 

They may have a server overload, or down for maintance. But also they only are giving away 12,000 domains away and may have met their load.

 

I haven't got chance for this.Greets who registered domain with this campaign.

Well if you are not from UK and the domain got registered under your name but you wont get it coz of the recent policy.. What does that make you!

One of my friends got stuck with a domain that he so wanted. His order was cancelled.

 

I submitted a support request 26hours ago and no reply. I will wait until monday afternoon before i bump it. I still dont have my domains, which is really starting to annoy me.

I haven't gotten mine either. I did not put in a ticket but I would really hate to lose the domains I was planning on buying.

That's me! I dont think they'll do anything about it. I might submit a ticket and ask what they'll do with the domains. Since there are few domains that i would want to buy (not from them) if they wont process through the order.

 

Same here, seems like the domains I ordered are registered under my name, but it seems like I can't have access to any of them. Going to try submit a ticket and see how that goes... would hate to lose these domains.

 

domains i ordered are registered under my name also but not showing in cp so let me know how you lot get on don't want to submit ticket as will only bog down there system more and i am not to worried about them atm.

Also anyone know if they offer any form of private domain info?

 

Please find the reply of eclipse officials below, and I would suggest that only those who resides in UK take benefit of it no one else should go for applying it.

My God, I ordered 3 of the domains I wanted so badly. Does this mean I'll never get them (unless it drops after a couple of years) ?? Damn it! I'm surely DISGUSTED by their service! x(
