    Youtube get high priority in Google's algorithm. Plenty of Youtube videos get top ranking at Google without backlinks.

    You can try to experiment few keywords with Youtube for getting top ranking at Google. But don't try highly competitive keywords, maybe this doesn't work. This era is video marketing!
