I have been trying to get in touch with epom through Skype all day yesterday but no one seems to be reponding on chats or emails or skype.Im a bit disappointed as i needed to know a few things and there was absolutely no one to help me.Below are my questions can someone please answer them as this will clear my big doubts 1)I can see that on epom website it has been mentioned that for trial period epom is free ie for 60 days.what does that mean?is it only for advertisers who are advertising or for publishers as well.If this is applicable for the publishers how is it? 2)Im earning revenue through epom through epom market does this mean after two months i wont be able to continue.If i wont be able to continue what do i need to do to continue my partnership with epom without having to ad any advertisers for ad servings 3)If i dont need to use ad servings(For third party advertisers) and i just need to use epom as a cpm.would it still matter after 60 days?(Im a bit confused about this 60 days trial and who it will be applicable too and also about the pricing i can see that there are a few pricings set for impressions is that for advertisers? Me too, I want to get answers for these questions - and I have other questions too, but nobody is answering on Skype; I am trying to contact them from 11 hours already, and even they are online, nobody is answering anything!
yes mate i totally agree..i even emailed them but they don't seem to be responding.They should at least live up to what they are committing orelse keep some kind of sla within which they will respond no matter what.even if the SLA of their response is a week and they live up to it im happy.The current way it looks asif they are ignoring us which to me is quite offensive especially when they dont bother about responding on chats
From my experience with their team, Saturdays and Sundays are holidays for them , wait till Monday they will answer all your questions, i hope
