I suggest you check you backlinks and your keywords. Are you continuously building links to your site? Do those backlinks contain relevant keywords to your target keywords/varied anchor texts? Are your pages optimized for the keywords they are targeting? These are some of what you can look into. At the end of the day, I wouldn't worry so much about page rank. That's nothing new... generally it take a very long time to see the effects. Unless you have a lot of money and at least several employees to manage your SEO. It might not be improving because it takes time anyway. But you might have caught a penalty from and algorithm. A professional to help you. Or you should proceed with learning SEO...
