Also please note that the high amount of direct traffic are caused by google image frame breaker.
Most of the traffic come from google image and this site has frame breaker. This forces viewers (coming from google image) to be redirected to efashionstyle.org instead of google. The traffic redirected are counted as direct traffic.

Just want to confirm this:

Yes, because most of my sites have the image frame breaker. Each time these visitors coming from google image, the script would break the google image frame and redirect it straight to the sites. This kind of traffic (from google image) counted as direct traffic by google analytic.

As for earning elaboration, I have no idea. I have not monetized the websites because I have no adsense account. Mine got banned 6 months ago.

So, we cannot differentiate whether the site was directly accessed or through images because analytics assume it as direct traffic? As per whois, this site is created on September 21, 2012 (traffic shown above is about 1 month ). No money from the site yet. Thanks, I was hoping that it earns something, based on the asking price.

 

Actually there is way to recognize the direct traffic or not. You can use histats. Its just analytic that do not recognize the google frame brake-redirect. Histats completely recognizes it and counted traffic from google image.

Yes there is no earning claimed but with uv around 200 per day you should make any earning with that right. I just do not have adsense account but the traffic is still there. Most matter is the traffic, in my humble opinion sir.
