    your link in the sig doesn't work.

    also, a pis of advice. instead of doing quotes on every single request, you should come up with a few standard package which most of your clients will find helpful. if someone wants customization aside from what is offered at the given packages, you can do custom quote on a case by case basis but you should have some standard package.
