hi DP staff, i just want to know i did not make any mistake but i got 5 points Infractions and 5 points is very high normally i get 1 point infractions if i make any mistake i m always try to follow rules may i know why i m not spamming any where in visitors message you can check please it again and remove 5 points Infractions thanks if you think i did mistake than i accept
Well the moderator(s), and/or admin(s) don't make a mistake either. Judging by this topic alone, I can successfully say that you've most likely broken the spamming rule, as seen by your double post.
Just live and learn. Before you post next time, think if it will have any benefit, or is something that should just be sent by PM or doesn't need posting at all. (For example, the usual ones are "PM sent" or other pointless rubbish.)
You created a sales thread outside the B/S/T area. There are always going to be repurcussions. Given that you have the rights to post in B/S/T (and have done so before) I'd love to know why you thought your "bot" thread needed special treatment?

You don't get a huge number of infractions - you are unlikely to earn an actual ban. Wait it out, all infractions expire eventually.
Infractions are never wrong mate, i also got some but now i learned that i made some mistake. Also please don't waste time of staff by making these thread
