A video explaining why Republicans really do want voter suppression to occur:

OMG! The Republicans want people to show ID! That will disenfranchise dead people and foreign nationals. [Psst. They aren't eligible to vote.] For a paid poster you arent especially convincing.
Why won't Jerry clear up his nationality and his salary for posting this crap? Is he scared his answers might water down the impact of his posts?
So do you just come here to recite the Fox News talking points? Your in-person voting fraud myth has been debunked over and over again it simply does NOT exist. Maybe you guys on the right should quit running pro-rape candidates then maybe you wouldn't have to worry about trying to suppress the votes of legally registered voters.
Sorry junior, i didnt get that from Fox, I got it from Texas history. The dead have been faithfully voting Democrat since at least the days when LBJ first went to DC. If you prefer DNC talking points to reality, that's your call, just dont expect those with an education to follow you down that rabbit-hole. Btw, if "rape" is a really big issue for you, i hope he was gentle with you sonny. Sorry about your tragedy. Lets remember the lesson of Chappaquidick. In the war on women one of your parties hero got a confirmed kill.
Texas, well that explains a lot. Please do your best to keep your governors away from the White House in the future. We all would appreciate that.
Here is your hero. To bad his law was thrown out by the courts for the 2012 elections. Better luck with your future voter suppression laws.
The nation has decided on a Texas native for president more in the last 5 decades than any other state. Dont blame me, we're just better at growing leaders. Incidentally thats why our rather massive electoral count wont go to that weasel you're trying to push. Obama's the most failed president in US history.
Mark my words, within a decade, nearly every state in the union will have VoterID laws. I have to wonder how the Democratic party will continue to survive without the support of dead people.
There is nothing wrong with voter I.D. laws as long as the voter I.D. is free and easily obtained. The issue with the Pennsylvania Republican House Majority Leader Mike Turzai's law was that he tried to jam it through a couple months before a national election with the express intent of voter suppression.
Exactly. Losing the cemetary vote alone will be a serious blow to their voter base. The Obama campaign (and minimum wage surrogates that parrot their message in forums) is raising voter ID laws (that anyone can tell are commonsense) as being "suppression" to prepare an excuse for the fact that the DNC base is not NEAR as excited as they were in 2008 when Bo was a blank slate people could fill in with whatever they hoped he'd be. Now he's dropped Hope and Change and adopted a message of division and envy. He dropped I'm going to change DC and says he cant do it from the inside. He took bad employment numbers and made them worse, racking up more months over 8% than all presidents combined since FDR... In one term. He promised he'd half the deficit, instead he ran the first trillion dollar deficit ever... And did it 4 yrs. His turnout WILL be lower, even though Holder has managed to thwart most of the new voter id laws until after the election. this thread and others like it just seek to blame that on someone else. Blame is his only skill.
It is hilarious that no one will deny that the dead vote, they hate the idea that people have to prove they are a legal voting citizen in order to vote. I don't understand the logic behind this kind of thinking. How is it right for the dead to vote or for people to vote multiple times?
Where is your proof that "dead" people vote? What's your source Fox News? Sean Hannity? Bill O'Reilly? Sarah Palin? Michele Bachmann? Sorry, but you are simply wrong. Dead people supposedly voting in masses has been debunked over and over again.
Oh. If you say it is so we must believe it. Who wouldnt automatically believe someone that gets their marching orders from such noted truth-tellers as Steph Cutter and Debbie Wasserman Schultz? Seriously kid... nobody is buying this crap. If voter ID is an attempt to disenfranchise valid voters, why did they require ID at the Democratic National Convention?
If you want some evidence as to why Bob and Jerry, our resident foreign and paid Obama supporters, are so damn uninformed, check this out: How often do we see the MSNBC educated viewer saying something stupid like, "You probably got that on Faux news, didn't you". I thought this article summed up the Pew Research study on liberal bias in the media pretty well. No wonder another research study found that, by a margin of 10%, Republicans are more informed on the issues than Democrats.
