Unfortunately, I don't think that this is possible. You should have zero competition and to create a good amount of quality back links which on the other hand should get index for less than 7 days. If you find out the secret formula how to rank a site for 1 week, then please send me a message.

There can not be any secret . When you do seo the main part is to be patient. The keywords will take time to rank. But if you want rank in a week then you should choose the keywords which have no search volume.
